It is our firm belief that if you can allow yourself to relax, even for a short period of time on a regular basis, many of the problems caused by modern day living simply melt away, or at least can be treated more successfully. Each day we have 86400 seconds, even in the busiest of schedules, it is not impossible to set asside 600 of those for quiet relaxation.

Our treatments last between half an hour and 2 hours depending on what is needed.

A simple cleanse with tuning forks may only last 30 minutes however more complex sound therapies can take almost 2 hours to complete. The same applies to Reiki and crystal healing which can last between 30 and 60 minutes. Sometimes it is beneficial to combine more than one modality for example sound and Reiki.

Of course any of these modalities can be tailored to your specific needs.
