About

Rose is a master and teacher of Usui Reiki

I have had an interest in crystals for some 25 years; over these years I have been asked if I were a healer, if not, why not?  I continued to work in main stream employment, until I had a major trauma in my life, the finale of many traumas, so in my wisdom and at an age where a change of career was affordable, I sought to heal myself through several healing modalities, reiki I,  sound therapy with tuning forks, reiki master and teacher, then on to my basic crystal certificate, each new modality helped to shift the many traumas held in my body, but for me the most life changing experience was through my crystal training. People say horses for courses, I agree, but for me having had a childhood of abuse, physical and mental and abandonment, I can only say that each modality has brought me the healing needed, for which I have gone through several healing crisis, I love the work I do and if I am given the gift of healing in whichever modality, I would love to be able to help where I can. Suffice to say that any healing given is not in place of any medical advice given by your G.P. and should not be considered as a replacement for this.

For me Crystal healing has been a life changing experience, I would never have believed that I would have come so far (personally) whilst learning crystal healing. Having completed my basic crystal course which allows me to work with family and friends, my final weekend of the Licenitiate course was a lovely experience, I love to work with crystals and I believe that I am a great example of crystal healing, as stated  before my childhood was far from easy, but as they say "you choose your parents" which in my case was hard to accept, but we do, and the many gifts from this make us who we are, stronger, taller, free to be what we are, no looking back, just forward, giving a sense of liberation to stand in our own power and be who we truly are.

Rose has also trained in tuning fork therapy for her own personal use and is currently taking our practitioner course.

Sound and tuning fork therapies seem to make sense to me. Every day we hear sounds, some of them nice, some not so much but all of them stay with us. For example, if you were asked what sound the wind makes, I'm sure you would be able to make a sound like the wind, or a door bell, or the chimes of a clock. Being able to let people allow themselves to relax using something so fundamental as sound, for me, is a wonderful thing, hearing after a treatment that they could smell the colour of a sound or that they relaxed so deeply they felt as though they were flying around the tops of pine trees and could smell the forest is a wonderful thing. Adding Reiki to this experience only deepens the relaxation. Reiki? It's like being hugged by a cotton wool hot water bottle, the combined experience amplifies right through your entire being.

Sound therapy

We first became involved with complimentary therapies and healing in the mid 1980's and have been learning and learning since then purely for personal growth. It was not until relatively recently that we decided to become practitioners in our own right. We work most often as a team and hope that our combined energies will bring you something quite unique.

I must add that these therapies may compliment but never replace any conventional medical advice
